Swedish-Russian company iBIC, an expert in PR-support and media
monitoring, has offered their clients a new interface for social media

iBIC is continually developing functionality of the platform iBIC Compass
for their Сlients, leading Russian and International companies. One of the
recent updates is a featured interface for news items from social media.
The new interface divides social media items from those of traditional
media. Now, all the media items from blogs, microblogs, forums, social
networks are gathered in one section of the platform - Social Media. Each
source can be ranked by Yandex rating which is represented above a media
item. Posts are visually different from comments, which makes it easier to
follow a discussion. Each media item has an active original link which
makes it possible to communicate with its author. Moreover, now we have a
'share' button to post interesting media items on pages of brands in
social networks right from the platform.
The new interface ensures a more efficient use of structured social media
monitoring and analytic tools to follow relevant information, manage
public opinion, search for influencer and brand advocates. iBIC intends to
keep on developing social media monitoring and analysis.
